Worship Participation
St. Paul's offers the following ways by which we can participate in our Sunday Services:
Acolytes
Serving as an acolyte is an important opportunity for our parishioners to participate in worship. Their responsibilities include acting as crucifers (carrying the processional cross), torch bearers (carrying the processional candles, or torches), and servers (serving the altar for Holy Communion), and assisting the clergy during services.
Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Lay Eucharistic Ministers are called by the Rector (Priest-in-Charge) and licensed by the Diocese of Southern Ohio to administer the Chalice (the Holy cup) at Eucharist and otherwise support the celebrant. They serve for a renewable term of three years. Please contact us for more information.
Ushers
These are the first members of St. Paul's you meet when entering the church. Ushers welcome you, pass out bulletins, organize the offering and assist during communion. Please contact us for more information.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild are our "behind the scenes" helpers, so to speak. The Altar Guild cares for the vestments, hangings, communion vessels and other items used in the worship at St. Paul's. Women or men are welcomed on the Altar Guild and are divided into teams who are responsible for the altar worship needs for a one week period. Altar Guild members take great pride in providing a beautiful setting for worship. If you would be interested in joining the Altar Guild, please contact us for more information.

Fifth Sunday Brunch
In those months when there is a fifth Sunday, we change our service schedule and have one service at 10:30 followed by a pot-luck brunch. This family event will be a great opportunity to meet new people in an informal setting.
